Caldwell Family Bible
Most of the family Bible records are in the same handwriting. The Bible include Caldwell, Cooper, Scott, and Darnell families from Dover, Lafayette, Missouri. Record of births, marriages, and deaths are written on the family record pages of the Bible. Also included on the record sheets are a handwritten epitaph and a handwritten obituary.
Casimir P. Stevens Collection
This collection contains manuscripts and notes used to write family histories on both the Stevens family and Gray family. Casimir P Stevens used the information from his genealogical research to write several books on both families from about 1918 to 1940. Typed original copies of his books were included in the donation and have been added to the Midwest Genealogy Center book collection. Photographs of family members in the collection date around the early twentieth century.

This collection consists of church records for the Central Christian Church, including: pastoral record, marriage records, funeral records, and additions to the church records.
Centropolis Baptist Church Collection
This collection contains directories for Centropolis Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri, printed between 1949-1988, often with significant gaps in between publications. The majority of material in the collection is from the 1960s.
Christian County Missouri Indexes and Transcribed Records
Beginning in 1987, the Christian County Library created indexes and transcribed records pertaining to the residents of Christian County Missouri. The digital files have been shared with libraries, archives, museums, historical organizations, and genealogical societies for those researching their family history. The indexed and transcribed records include census, court, land, death, marriage, organizations, and history.
Civil War Orders - 5th Cavalry Missouri State Militia
This collection consists of Civil War orders for the 5th Cavalry Missouri State Militia. These orders are photocopies. The supplemental materials include a transcription of the original orders and background history.
Clair and Collins Families Papers
This collection consists of correspondence and ephemera for Dorothy Clair (Edwards) and Evelyn Collins including: opera program, report card, certificate of standing, letters, obituary, yearbook, programs, calling cards, follies invitations, envelope, photographs, memorial book, Catholic Girl’s Guide, Christmas card, and prayer book. There are significant gaps from 1904-1913, 1922-1931, 1935-1961, and 1961-1981.
Clay County, Missouri Marriages Scrapbook
This collection contains a scrapbook detailing Clay County, Missouri marriages in the 1822-1875. Printed in the Liberty Chronicle [Liberty, MO] during the 1930s, this information contains names, dates, and more from the early days of Clay County. The information was compiled by the Alexander Doniphan Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution.
Clements Family Collection
This collection consists of the genealogy research of Helen Clements. The completed work from this research is titled Clements Family Records and was finished in 1972. Within this work are genealogy charts, family history, and transcribed records. Also found within this collection are photographs, correspondence, Bible records, genealogy charts, and miscellaneous family histories.
