Scope and Contents While preparing to move to California, Eva Giles took some papers to her neighbor Carl Guertler in Ogden, Utah to be burned. He saw some old stamps and while looking through the papers, he noticed they had genealogical value. She gave permission for him to keep the papers and they were donated to the Genealogical Society of Utah.
