The Jackson County Board of Election Commissioners (JCEB) was created in 1917 and is the Election Authority for Jackson County, Missouri outside the corporate limits of Kansas City, Missouri. The Board supervises the voter registration process, maintains the centralized voter registration database and manages absentee voting.
