Biographical / Historical

Lowell Luttrell was born in Mountain Grove, Missouri on March 25, 1925. Lowell grew up in Douglas County, MO and moved to Amoret, MO in 1929. He married Ada Pearl Spillman in 1937. They moved along with Lowell’s family to Bakersfield, California in 1939. Lowell and Pearl had two sons and continued to live in California. Ada died in November 1980 and was buried in Bakersfield, CA. Lowell married Dorothy Joan Wainscott in 1988. Lowell died on March 5, 2015 and was buried in Bakersfield, CA.
